One of the priorities of SKFH is to provide the best services in the best way, to enhance the values of loyalty and constant communication with its valued customers. From this perspective, and to ensure your satisfaction and address the concerns you raise to use, a customer complaint form has been prepared to file express your concerns, which will be responded to as soon as possible.
If you want to file any complaint, you may do so:
- In person by visiting the office of SKFH, Moon Tower, Floor 16, King Fahad Branch Road, any time during our official work hours from 8.00 a. m. to 4.00 p. m.
- By filling the below complaint form and submitting it directly on our website.
- The complaint filed by the customer shall be responded to within 15 business days from the date of its filing with the Customer Complaint Unit,
- The customer must fill in all the details of the Customer Complaint Form.
- If the Form prepared by SKFH is not used, the complaint shall be disregarded and the customer will have no response.
